How to know the purpose of your life?
There are two ways to know the purpose of life. One choice leads to error, the other leads to truth. Which one do you choose?
So many people have longed to know the true purpose of life.
Many years ago, Dr. Hugh Moorhead wrote a book about the meaning of life. He asked around 250 famous scientists, psychologists, philosophers, authors, and brilliant people what they think the meaning of life might be.
In Moorhead’s book, he showed how even the most intelligent people on earth don’t agree on the meaning of life. Some gave their best guesses while others even asked Moorhead to let them know about his finding.
You see when finding the meaning of life, there are two things you can do.
Let’s discuss the first one:
You can guess what the meaning of life is. You can base your answer on your belief, culture, religion, tradition, and upbringing.
This is what most people do.
They guess what the purpose of life is.
As a result, a lot of people have gone astray, taking roads they think will give them ultimate meaning.
Thankfully, there’s a second and better way to know the purpose of life:
In search of the meaning of life, you can always turn to God’s word, the Scripture and your life’s purpose.
You don’t have to guess.
You don’t have to speculate.
You don’t have to experiment your way to enlightenment.
All you have to do is know where to look, what to look for, and ask for God’s guidance.
